You will work closely with both engineers and operators to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve processes.

\n- Improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and processes.
\n- Support operators and engineering teams with troubleshooting and production issues.
\n \nThe Candidate:
\n- Experience working with manual screw machines within a manufacturing environment.
\n- Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant experience.
\n- Associate's degree or higher in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
