Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: On Call;9 Pay Rate: $209.52 - $226.80

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM plus Call coverage included

• Practice Setting: (inpatient, outpatient, etc.)

• Types of Cases: Inpatient and Outpatient

• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Athena

• Certifications Required: Board Certified

• Licensure Required: Indiana State license required
